Joliet's Race Fan Rally

On Sept 15 there was a "Race Fan Rally" in downtown Joliet, IL. This rally is held each year for the race fans to meet and see motorsports that occur around there towns. This year was exciting to the Midwest Top sportsman Association, we were placed on center stage of the event. Placed on the main location of the event exposed us to a larger audience. With NASCAR in town this also brought in more fans from all corners of this country. Throughout the day we had a little fun with the NASCAR boys and the fans. We had a "Rev-Off" with the NASCAR cars. You could guess who won that! The power of drag racing! The fans were amazed at the sounds of our cars, they couldn't get enough. Later that evening we where visited by a special guest, the Mayor of Joliet, Tom Giarrant. After spending some time with him, we found out he was an old drag racer himself. The mayor was eager to sit inside some of our modern Top Sportsman cars, to get that feeling of what it is like to be behind the wheel of cars with over 1000hp under the hood. I think Brian Brown and Mike Olenick will need to replace their seats in the cars from all the fans that were in & out of the cars getting photo's. We would like to thank Brian Brown and Mike Olenick for representing the Midwest Top Sportsman Association at the event, great job guys. Also we thank the city of Joliet for having this event each year. See you next year!
